Blood of Hades (Barrel Aged 2018)

Blood of Hades is our Mexican Chocolate Stout with three
different types of chile peppers. Ancho, Mulato,and Guajillo. Aged on vanilla
beans and cinnamon. We also used 5 gallons of cold brew coffee from Tinderbox
coffee roasters. Sweet viscous dessert stout with a slight warming from the
peppers. We aged this beer in Wishkah River Distillery barrels.
